The Kelty Gunnison 4.1 Tent is a 4-Person, 3-Season tent, with a polyester non stretch, UV resistant fly which provides excellent coverage and protection from the weather. The mesh panels have been strategically placed, providing good ventilation and decreased condensation, which keeps you from feeling like you’re spending the night in a cave.
The DAC FeatherLite NSL aluminum poles with Swivel Hub and color coded clip system make set up easy and speedy, even in the dark, and also improves the stability.
Weighing in at 8 lbs 11 oz it’s good for car camping but a bit on the heavy side for backpacking unless you split the load with a partner.

Eureka Sunrise 9
The Sunrise 9 is a sturdy 5 person 4 window freestanding Shock-corded fiberglass frame dome tent with a polyester fly and taped main fly and floor seams. The bathtub floor is heavy duty 4 oz. oxford polyester that not only will repel water but is tough and durable.
4 hooded windows allow ventilation even in rain and easy to set-up it has triple coated fabrics for superior protection from the elements. The fly is made of multicoated StormShield polyester, which won’t stretch when wet and resists UV breakdown.
Waterproofing includes taped main fly and floor seams and a bathtub floor which wraps up the sides and is made of heavy duty 4 oz. 210D oxford polyester that also repels water.
The tent comes with an included gear loft/organizer, corner organizer, corner gear pocket and 2 water bottle holders. There are also Twin track D doors with window for easy exit/entry.
The easy pin & ring system attaches poles to the tent, with combination clip and sleeve combos for fast, easy set-up. External guy points help secure the tent in high winds. Carry bags and stakes included.

ALPS Mountaineering Taurus 4 FG
The Taurus 4 is a 2-pole freestanding dome tent that is enhanced with 2 doors and 2 vestibules, which is probably why it’s been one of the best selling tent models for the past few years.
It uses aircraft alloy aluminum poles that are strong and lightweight. Assembly is very easy with the tent clips that just snap in place over the poles.
The polyester fly and nylon floor are urethane coated, with factory sealed seams for maximum weatherproofing. The 2 doors make getting in and out of the tent much easier, especially in the middle of the night when you need to take a quick “break”.
There are also 2 vestibules (one over each door) so that you can use one for extra gear storage. The vestibules also serve as automatic guy-out points when the weather gets a little nasty.
The fly buckles to the tent, offering a much more secure attachment when compared to elastic cord. Mesh roof vents increase ventilation and improve star gazing. Mesh storage pockets and a gear loft are also included to organize your gear. Stakes and guy ropes are included.
